I obtained my doctorate from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Working in various quality care settings over the years, I have gained expertise in the gold-standard treatments for a wide spectrum of mental health problems, primarily anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition, I am certified in the treatment of perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International (PSI), one of the largest worldwide organizations devoted to meeting the various needs of women and their families related to perinatal wellness.
Prior to pursuing my doctorate, I obtained a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
