Stress is an inevitable part of life. Generally, we are able to adapt to change and manage stress without too much difficulty or interference in our daily responsibilities. Other times, like when we face multiple stressors all at once, or we feel ill-prepared to deal with certain major life changes like loss of a loved one, we need some extra support.
