Major Stressors & Life Transitions


Stress and change are inevitable parts of life. They tend to occur in the major areas of our daily lives such as relationships (e.g., with significant others, children, family, friends) and work/school. Generally, we are able to manage stress and change without too much difficulty or interference in our daily responsibilities. Other times, like when we face multiple stressors all at once, or we feel ill-prepared to deal with certain major life changes like loss of a loved one, we need some extra support. In therapy, I can provide the guidance and the tools to help you get through these difficult times and emerge even stronger and better prepared to manage future life challenges.
