Treatment Approach


In my practice, I strive to provide a warm, supportive environment where we can communicate openly and genuinely. Clarifying what matters to you most in your life, and how to begin moving more in the direction of those values, is an integral part of our work together. We will figure out those factors contributing to the problem(s) at hand, such as certain self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, and work together to modify them. Along with learning new coping skills and strategies, we will identify what is already working well for you in your life and build on your personal strengths and successes. My goal is that you will receive clarity, relief, hope and a renewed sense of purpose from our work together.
